How to See Signs from the Universe

On a Clear Day they say you can see forever! This is so true. When your vision is clear, that is how you can see signs all the time from the Universe. When your vision is not clear, you can not. What do I mean by vision?

Discover How to See The Signs by Centering yourself and going for a walk
How to see signs from the universe starts when you are not overwhelmed in the chaos of negative self-talk, when you are centered and not emotionally distraught and when you are unattached from the outcome. It is in this state of calm and centeredness that one hear your inner wisdom. It is here that you can understand your intuition and it is here that you can see signs from the Universe that allow you to take courageous steps forward.

[Tweet “How to See Signs From the Unvierse   it’s as easy as ‘taking a hike'”]

The seasons are about to change and this is always a great time to reconnect with yourself and your desires. It is a great time to discover how to see signs from the universe by simply going for a walk. Yes, it’s that easy. A walk.  Feeling a gentle breeze and taking a breath of fresh air allows you to calm the chatter in your head. If you can do this by water, a park that has a pond, a river, lake or ocean, allows you to connect with the energy of water which is always soothing to your emotions. Using the energy of earth to ground yourself in your strength and knowledge that all will be fine ~ regardless of the outcome allows you to become unattached from the results.

When you can do this and ask for a sign from the universe, it will be given and you will be able to see them clearly and understand them with clarity. Signs come to us all the time ~ it is only when we take center ourselves and look for them that we will see them. They come in so many shapes and sizes from animals to sounds, from actual signs you see to unsuspected signs in nature such as double rainbows. Double Rainbows are particularly auspicious and when you know what they mean they will lead you to understanding how to see signs from the universe more frequently. You can discover more about them <here>

So when you are looking for clear direction and want to hear your intuition with greater clarity, go for a walk. It doesn’t have to be long ~ for once you are able to center yourself, you will be able to see signs from the Universe all around you that bring that clarity to you.  When was the last time you went for a walk to simply discover seeing a sign from the Universe for yourself?

  4. Hi Laura,

Going for a walk is one of my favorite ways to connect to the Universe. I put myself in full receiver mode and wait with patience for a download. When I was in Ireland at Castle Ross, I stood by the lake, watched the clouds sweep across the sky and leave a rainbow behind.

In the fall, I went for a walk and just happened to have my camera with me. I captured a down draft of wind that scattered leaves all around me (talk about awesome!)

And just yesterday, I went for a walk at 3:15 PM. It was 45 degrees out. Almost summer temps in New England, right?! Anyway, within 20 minutes of me finishing my walk, the sky grew dark, the winds whipped up, it started raining, then hail, than the hail gave birth to giant snowflakes. It was like holy moly! Mother Nature was reminding me how quickly things can change.

    Happy Wednesday!
    Peggy

  5. Laura thank you for this inspiring post. I love this quote: “Signs come to us all the time ~ it is only when we take center ourselves and look for them that we will see them.” I see divine signs everywhere and let them guide my path. Most of the time they are simple, subtle and serendipitous. Blessings and love

Yes, Debra ~ they are almost always simple and subtle and indeed serendipitous. This is why it’s extremely important to quiet ourselves so that we can indeed catch them 🙂

  6. Yes, the change of seasons and the moon phases, as I have learned from you are great natural time to connect and reconnect with wants, needs, desires. Today as spring begins and the new snow is on the ground I will shift my desire from a warm walk in the sun for connecting to another trek in the snow!

    Laura Clark Reply:

Treks in snow will soon shift to skipping with spring flowers, Cindy! It’s a great time to renew your connection with Earth to see new signs for yourself!

  7. Just the other day my friend told me to pay attention to signs from the Universe as well as inner urgings. Like the impulse to walk into a store or turn a corner. I get a lot of messages from wildlife, like birds, chipmunks and squirrels. And snow!

    Laura Clark Reply:

Plenty of snow this winter to see signs in. And, Yes, your friend has great wisdom…..little inner urgings followed can bring massive insight for us!

  8. I love this idea because it feels so easy. And straightforward. Go for a walk > see a sign. What a great way to connect to your intuition. I wonder – what’s the most obvious sign you ever saw, Laura?

  9. Thanks for this reminder. It’s been a long winter and I’ve too often used the weather as an excuse to avoid going outside, but it it’s one of the most centering things I can do.

Cena ~ you are not the only one who has struggled with the weather this winter as an excuse for going outside ~ it’s been a tough one for it and am hoping that now that spring has come we will all be able to embrace being outside and seeing signs in our lives!
