How to Deal with Self-Doubt

Got Self Doubt? Of course you do! In some way shape or form, we all have it.

The difference between those people who are successful at their endeavors and those who struggle with self doubt and stay stuck is simple. These successful people have discovered quick techniques to quiet their self-doubt and move forward toward the abundance that they deserve.

See self-doubt is an ego thing. It starts talking to you about the reasons why things won’t work out ‘your way’. If you listen to it’s voice, no doubt the self-doubt will sabotage you each and every time.

So, how to deal with this ego and this self-doubt? You have to trick it! You have to have to be able to first see that it’s the ego-voice talking to you. Then, you have to acknowledge it. Then, banish it with a tool that you have learned to quiet down it’s chatter. It’s that simple ~ or is it?

  1. I am really trying to face ego head on! I am so glad you talk about this issue on a consistent basis because as an entrepreneur, I can really benefit form the reminder that I am NOT alone and that it is something we ALL face. Knowing just that one thing helps me get through!

So glad that this helps. It’s so true ~ we look at others and can be so impressed and rather than appreciating their success fully, we turn to judgement ~ of ourselves! That’s when self-doubt starts talking so loudly. We all have it and we can all get through it!!! Thanks, Kelly!

  5. As I’m more conscious of this now, I’m always amazed by how simple a previously insurmountable task is once I figure out how to get past the self doubt! I look back at decisions or actions that were so hard for me to take and wonder, “What was the big deal?” Knowing that makes it a little easier the next time that self doubt tries to rear its ugly head! 🙂
