How to Creatively Attract Abundance & Wealth

Yes. We can actually attract abundance. For a century now, great thinkers have been talking about Abundance and how to draw more of it into your own life. Napolean Hill wrote Think & Grow Rich in 1937!  But, our minds play games with us. Our egos tell us ‘we can never have’ or ‘I’ll never be’ trying so hard to keep us down. It’s up to us to overshadow the negative talks and play our own mind games back with ourselves. We need to see it and we need to believe it. We need to continually remind ourselves and the Universe that this is our deepest desire.

And, You can use special tools for helping you ‘see’ it for yourself: Tools to attract abundance to you.  Many people use Vision Boards to manifest their desires. The premise of these is that when you surround yourself with images of what you desire, your life changes to meet those visions. I have several around my home. But, this fall, I took it one step further!

I created a vision board to not only attract wealth but it’s sole purpose is to DRAW wealth to my family. It is no ordinary vision board. It does not have what I desire on it…no hopes and dreams. But, rather, it has only symbols and affirmations of wealth on it.

And, I placed it in the place that not too many people would think of. I placed my vision board for wealth building INSIDE my mailbox! It was perfect timing to as we had just placed this new one in the ground.

It was simple to do. It took me only a few short hours.

The process of making an Abundance Vision Board to attract wealth involves:

1)      Cutting ‘n Tearing Symbols of Wealth ~ such as waterfalls, images with lots of purple and gold, the number 8, gold coins, money rolls, cattle, images of ships coming into port and more.

2)     Creating and writing affirmations for wealth ~ such as “Money flows easily and effortlessly into our lives.

3)     Gluing into place your vision. This involves measuring your mailbox and how you will ‘fit’ the board into it and then fitting, cutting  and pasting the symbols into place.

4)     Signing the back. Yes, putting your own signatures on the back of the board is an additional way of telling the Universe: “This IS mine” Don’t forget this crucial step!

5)     Laminating the board(s).

6)     Taping them to the inside of your mailbox.

7)     Setting Intention for it’s  work to be ‘fruitful’!

Here’s what the inside of our wealth attracting mailbox now looks like:

And, the Universe responded to our request for attracting abundance! The week I put this vision board in our mailbox, I received two rebate checks that were not due for another month and signed on two new clients. I also discovered ways to decrease two monthly bills ~ keeping more of our earned abundance for ourselves.

Our mailman thinks we are nuts but he does say it’s so much nicer to open it and have this to see rather than a plan, empty box. Creating reminders of attracting abundance into your lives is crucial to having abundance. Which reminds me, I need to get out to the mailbox today and smudge it to reaffirm our intention (more on smudging another time) and in the spring, I’ll be placing flowers around the base of the mailbox for even greater draw.

Have you ever thought of doing a vision board for wealth and place it in your mailbox? What creative ways do you remind yourself of your desire to attract abundance in your life?

Katrin! I hadn’t thought about that………..but you could probably ‘dress up’ the slot somehow on either the outside or the inside! 😉

Thanks, Nancy!!! It was inspired by our new box….it looked so great on the outside and so blah-blick on the inside. I was taking an abundance workshop at the time and it became one of the exercises for the class 🙂 I can’t wait till spring to make the base even more wealth attractive!!!!

  3. I love it. I’m so doing this. I love vision boards, but this twist is so cool. Since so much of my revenue actually lands in my inbox, I might create a vision board that is my desktop on my computer.

Way to think out of the box.

Laurie ~~ I took a pic of my vision board, once, and uploaded it to my laptop’s desktop. It was fun to see it come up ~ though, the challenge was finding files amongst all the color! One of my clients receives all her income through Paypal…..I’m trying to figure a way we can vision board her Paypal account. Now, THAT would be thinking out of the box, don’t you think??? KEEP SMILING 🙂

  5. Hi Laura! I have never heard of doing this before and am thinking, How can I do it? We don’t use our mailbox…we use the PO Box. I will have to see if they will let me keep it in the PO Box! Ohhh..just read your ideas on Paypal. I can/should redo a payment page on my website instead of having to email invoices to my customers who pay through snail mail. You’ve given me great stuff to think about! Thanks! Janet

You’re welcome Janet! I’m not sure how the PO box would work. Here’s one thought, many people have ‘a place’ where they put the mail when they come in the door ~ do you? That might be a great spot for a ‘sacred altar’ or vision board for abundance! Laura

  6. Laura, I love your creativity! Thank you for reminding and talking about the symbols of abundance. The more we talk about abundance, the more crazy we look, the sooner the abundance comes to us. Thank you for keeping the abundance in the air!

You’re welcome, Stephanie!!! It was pretty fun when someone suggested the idea to me….though, truth-be-told, my family thought it was nuts until the results came in 🙂 🙂 🙂 …. it’s a great time of the year to do a vision board or a mind movie to cement positive intentions for the new year! Go For It and KEEP SMILING

  8. Laura! You have introduced me to an entirely new concept. I’ve certainly heard of vision boards, but never thought of doing one for my mailbox. And, you’ve shed light on so many symbols for money, too. I’m convinced!

So glad you found it helpful! Vision boards are great ~ especially when focused on one specific desire and intention ~ such as drawing abundance or wealth to you. And, incorporating into them symbols (in this case things that represent money) are great. !!

  9. What an innovative idea! It’s so creative and I can imagine your mailman smiling every time he opens up your mailbox! I’m looking for a place to put my new vision board…I’m thinking a part of my desktop (so as to still find documents, lol, I already have trouble enough with that!)
    Thanks, Laura!

Sandi! I never thought of that: putting it on only PART Of your desktop ~ now that’s innovative. 🙂
