One quick way to keep your self confidence up

Self-Confidence. It’s critical to being able to stave off the naysayers. It’s critical to maintaining momentum in those moments of self-doubt. And, we all have them ~ even the most centered of people. So what ways can you sue to keep your self confidence up?

One way to bolster and keep your self confidence high is to embrace how you have helped and supported others in your work and in your life. When you are having a difficult time keeping your vibration up; when you feel like you are not able to give enough or are having a hard time creating momentum for growth, it’s important to appreciate how you have helped serve others. Enter Your Love Box! Tweet: How to keep your confidence high with this one thing http://ctt.ec/9p9dv+ @laurapclark

A Love Box ~ is a form of gratitude ~ in reverse. It shows you how you how grateful people are for having you in their lives. It shows you that you are already a strong, compassionate individual and live in full support of others while pursuing your own passions.

In the box, you put love notes from friends, clients, family and colleagues. On particularly challenging days that you are having trouble seeing your self value, have allowed your vibration to lower or are unable to listen to the wisdom of your own soul (and yes this can happen!), this box will give you the confidence and love you desire. It is most helpful when you are dealing with difficult people or when you’ve heard a lot of “No’s” coming from others.

Love Boxes are a way to keep your self confidence high. You can purchase a beautiful one! But, I believe that the best Love Boxes are those that you make on your own being guided by the principles of Sacred Soul Collage® making. This is because the box is created and infused with the energy of your own soul’s wisdom. And your own soul does know the truth. It knows you are a self confident, capable person able to meet the demands in life by following your own desires.

Have you ever made A Love Box or kept your “thank you notes’ in a special place?

  1. Laura, thank you for this post. I have kept the notes, cards, etc. in a folder. Maybe it is time to create a special receptacle for them.

Baskets! That’s a great idea ~ I’m reminded that my mom had one hanging next to her desk for her favorite notes from all of us kids ~ very much the same idea 🙂

  4. I keep notes and cards in a box, have for years. I also have a wonderful little chest that I use for mementos from my business – flyers I’ve made, my business cards, etc. It creates a nice memory box that shows me how much I have grown. Thanks again! Blessings!

YaY Donna! I have a box too for personal things and had a box last year for ‘love cards’ in business ~ creating one personally infuses your own wonderful energy in it ~ have you ever tried that?!

  5. It’s so nice to create a special way to honor the good we bring into the world. Too much is focused on what is wrong and what needs fixing! And your box is super sweet Laura!

  7. Love this idea, Laura. Not only will it be fun to make but it will also be something to cherish and pick me up on days when I feel stuck or worried I am not on the right path. Thanks for this creative idea, makes the artist in me want to play now 🙂

  8. Oh my goodness, Laura!! I love your Love Box!! I do have a special box that I keep special notes of appreciation from my clients, friends and family — but it’s not as beautiful as yours and it hasn’t been honored with the perfect name like the LOVE BOX. Thank you so much for inspiring me to bring this important practice to a new level!! xxoo

  9. Sometimes a box, sometimes a bowl, sometimes a folder or a drawer. I appreciate feedback that re-connects me to my ‘why’ — it’s strengthens both my gratitude and my motivation. Mwuah!

  10. This is such a great idea. I’m not good at saving things. Years of moving I guess. So if I had a special place like this I’d know where to put them. My next project, maybe I’ll get my daughters to make one too.

  11. What a beautiful idea! I absolutely love it. I am not good at keeping such things. But if I had a place to put them, I would be more likely to pay attention. We all need that confidence boost sometimes. Thanks Laura!

  13. What a great idea. It’s important to keep these positive things near especially if you have a difficult time with negativity.
I keep notes from my husband and children in memory box.
I do think it will be fun for me to keep and decorate a love box. Thanks for the idea.
