The Soul-Wise Living Alphabet

Inspired April 2013

The Soul-Wise Living Alphabet is launched to Awaken Your Spirit & empower your thinking. Words are Energy! They can lift us up and they can just as easily bring us down. Spirit driven words will raise your vibration UP. By finding the meaning these words have in your life and embracing them, one at a time each day ~ after the course of a month, The Soul-Wise Living Alphabet will have raised your energy up. My desire for you is that you are able to embrace your inner spirit  and, as a result, live In-Joy. ~ laura

J is for Joy.

Perhaps one of the most important words in the Soul-Wise Living Alphabet is Joy. Joy of spirit. Joy of soul. Joy of living. It’s one of the highest vibrations that we can achieve. Many people know that one of the things that I help my clients do is find a way to live In-Joy. In-Joy of their businesses. In-Joy of their lives. When you vibrate at this level, you attract the ultimate of everything to you: Love.

Joy comes from living on purpose. It comes from knowing what you desire and finding that in everything you do each and every day. You truly do not need to look hard to find it when you know your dreams and are striving to reach them. But, in reality, if you are striving to reach them, you have part of that dream already in your life. It resides deep within you. When you access this place, your dreams come alive in that very moment and Joy is found.

Living In-Joy is easy despite everything you may see around you. Many people tell me “But, Laura it’s so easy for you. You don’t have any problems.”  HA! That’s true. Because I choose to see my problems. I see opportunities. I chose problems once and boy-oh-boy, it was an exhausting way to live. Now, I see opportunities.  Do I want this ‘opportunity’ to be present in my life? Does it serve my purpose? If the answer is “Yes”, then,  I move forward with it. If the answer is “No”, then I find a solution to it or see the lesson I can learn from it.

When you live In-Joy, your vibration is bright and full. By having this vibration coming forth from your spirit, you can achieve and do anything because that which you desire is drawn to you.

Joy is the driving force behind living Soul-Wise. What can you do right now, at this moment, to live In-Joy more?

  1. Most of the time I’m joyful, but there are times I’m not. I tend to put too many things on my plate.

Too many things on the plate does not allow us to be ‘in-the-moment’ and that’s where Joy is!

  3. Hi Laura!

These is a great question to help focus: Does it serve my purpose? I’ve found that the more times I ask that question then avoid things when the answer is no, the happier I am.

Glad we met via UBC. Cheers!

That’s a great question to pose oneself! And, it certainly does give clarity to one’s life and Joy is bound to happen when you follow the Yes! 🙂

  4. I think the most powerful thing I read here is when you said “I CHOOSE to see opportunities.” This really resonated with me. Some mornings I wake up ready and raring to go, delighted with the day and life. Other mornings, when I find myself in a funk, I make the conscious decision to CHOOSE to think about the positivity in my life, the blessings I have and celebrate that I can choose to be joyful. thank you so much for sharing this – it was lovely.
